This floating structure was completed in 1998 by & for use as the Ladysmith Yacht Club's beautiful clubhouse located in the Ladysmith Marina. A new owner will need to have it towed to their preferred approved location, as the Ladysmith Marina will not be renewing the lease. There are many other potential uses including converting it into a float home, camp accommodations, floating restaurant, fishing lodge, or even having it lifted onto foundation on land...all subject to approval of the authorities of its' final destination.
